Het productievolume in de bouwsector steeg het afgelopen jaar met 5%, meldt het Economisch Instituut voor de Bouw (EIB). In euro\u2019s uitgedrukt betekent dit een toename van 3 miljard. De groei komt vooral door de investeringen in de woningbouw, die met 10% toenamen. Duidelijk is dat de installatiebranche hiervan profiteert. In het derde kwartaal van 2017 heeft 56% van de W-installateurs en loodgieters zijn omzet zien stijgen vergeleken met een jaar eerder.<\/p>\n<p>Dit laatste wordt gemeld door de European Mechanical Installation Monitor. Uit het onderzoek van dit bureau blijkt ook dat Nederlandse installateurs, samen met hun Poolse collega\u2019s, de grootste orderportefeuille hebben ten opzichte van hun andere Europese collega\u2019s. Dit komt vooral doordat in beide landen veel nieuwe woningen worden gebouwd. Duitsland moet het juist meer van de renovatiemarkt hebben, waardoor hier sprake is van de kleinste (maar wel een stabiele) orderportefeuille.<\/p>\n<p>Het EIB verwacht overigens dat de groei de komende twee jaar hoog zal blijven in ons land, met een productietoename in beide jaren van 4,5%.
