Maar de manier van bestellen bij de groothandel verandert. Dit blijkt uit een onderzoek van de European Mechanical Installation Monitor onder 1.200 HVAC installateurs en loodgieters in zes Europese landen. Online aankoop neemt sterk toe, vooral in Nederland.<\/p>\n<p>In ons land, Duitsland en Belgi\u00eb heeft online bestellen inmiddels een aanzienlijk aandeel bereikt. Ongeveer de helft van de aankopen bij de groothandel in Nederland gebeurt online. Voor Duitsland is dit 41% en voor Belgi\u00eb 24%. In het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Frankrijk en Polen gebeuren bijna alle aankopen daarentegen nog traditioneel, via telefoon, fax, de verkoopvertegenwoordiger, aan het loket in de winkel of per e-mail. Een gering deel van de aankopen wordt online besteld via de webshop of het webplatform van de groothandel.<\/p>\n<p>E\u00e9n van de redenen waarom online bestellen bij de gespecialiseerde groothandel in Nederland zo\u2019n vlucht heeft genomen, heeft te maken met het feit dat de grootste groothandel, de Technische Unie, zich sterk heeft toegelegd op haar online bestelsysteem. De onderzoekers concluderen dat het erg belangrijk is om deze ontwikkelingen in de manier van bestellen te blijven volgen, omdat veranderingen in het bestelgedrag belangrijke gevolgen zullen hebben voor de rol van de groothandel.
