Bijna twintig procent van alle onderhoudsverzoeken ging hierover. Een lekkende stortbak volgt op kleine afstand. Ook particulieren hebben het vaakst last van de afvoer, zij het een stuk minder. Ruim tien procent van de herstelverzoeken ging over een verstopte afvoer. Een lekkende kraan staat met een half procent minder op nummer twee. Dit blijkt uit een inventarisatie van onderhoudsmaatschappij MainPlus.<\/p>\n<p>De drukste dag dit jaar was 13 december. Toen kwamen er 65 procent meer meldingen binnen dan normaal. Door de hevige sneeuwval waren er veel problemen met de afvoer van het water en overvolle rioleringen. Ook waren er veel lekkende daken als gevolg van de smeltende sneeuw.<\/p>\n<p>Naast de standaard verzoeken als het maken van kapotte verlichting en lekkende toiletten, kwamen er ook bijzondere vragen binnen bij de klantenservice van de onderhoudsspecialist. Jan Ernst Sandifort van MainPlus: \u201cBij een klant zaten gaten in het plafond, waar vroeger lichtpunten hadden gezeten. Deze moesten van de bewoner met spoed dichtgemaakt worden, aangezien er boze geesten doorheen kwamen.\u201d Er was ook een klant met h\u00e9\u00e9l veel geluk: \u201cHij vertelde onze monteur dat hij gas rook in de keuken en daarom met een lucifer was gaan zoeken of er iets lekte\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sinds de oprichting in 2011 ondersteunt MainPlus in Nederland met ruim 50 medewerkers tientallen vastgoedeigenaren en -beheerders, woningcorporaties, VVE\u2019s en schadeverzekeraars. De onderneming voert momenteel reparaties en onderhoud uit aan zo\u2019n 150.000 huurwoningen. In 2016 werd Lex Woont opgericht, de Wegenwacht voor woningbezitters.
