Het huidige kabinet lijkt van plan om de regeling al in 2020 te be\u00ebindigen en brengt daarmee volgens onder andere Uneto-VNI, Natuur &amp; Milieu, Aedes, Consumentenbond, Woonbond, VNG, meer dan honderd lokale energieco\u00f6peraties en Bouwend Nederland de groei van zonne-energie \u00e9n de energietransitie in gevaar.<\/p>\n<p>Bijna een half miljoen gezinnen in Nederland wekken zelf duurzame energie op met behulp van zonnepanelen. Zo brengen zij hun energierekening omlaag en helpen zij samen om de hoeveelheid opgewekte zonne-energie te laten groeien met ruim 90% per jaar. Salderen betekent dat huishoudens de energie die hun zonnepanelen overdag opwekken, mogen wegstrepen tegen de energie die ze \u2019s avonds pas gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energierekening omlaag<br \/>\n <\/strong>Dankzij de huidige salderingsregeling is iedere kilowattuur zelfopgewekte energie bijna 20 cent per kilowattuur(kWh) waard. Zo is de investering in ongeveer acht jaar terug te verdienen. Steeds meer burgers zien in dat een investering in zonnepanelen meer oplevert dan spaargeld op de bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salderingsbelofte<br \/>\n <\/strong>Voormalig minister Kamp van Economische Zaken had toegezegd saldering tot 2023 in de huidige vorm te handhaven en pas daarna af te bouwen. Het nieuwe kabinet lijkt de regeling echter al in 2020 te willen be\u00ebindigen. Alleen deze suggestie in het nieuwe regeerakkoord zorgt al voor stagnatie in de verkoop van zonnepanelen. Bij installatiebedrijven die zonnepanelen bij particulieren plaatsen, komt de klap hard aan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOm de opwarming van de aarde te beperken tot 1,5 graden, zoals in het klimaatakkoord van&nbsp; Parijs is afgesproken, hebben we zonne-energie hard nodig. Als minister Wiebes zich aan de salderingsbelofte houdt, zullen gewone gezinnen de veranderingen die hij hierna wil doorvoeren ook aandurven. De salderingsbelofte aan burgers verbreken zal veel meer kosten dan alleen geld\u201d, zegt Marjan Minnesma directeur van Urgenda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTegenover lagere inkomsten aan energiebelasting staan duizenden nieuwe banen, die de schatkist juist meer inkomsten opleveren uit BTW, loonbelasting en winstbelasting. Opheffen van de salderingsregeling in 2020 schaadt het vertrouwen van consumenten en ondernemers \u00e9n brengt de doelstellingen van het energieakkoord in gevaar. Zonne-energie moet je stimuleren, niet blokkeren\u201d, stelt voorzitter Doekle Terpstra van Uneto-VNI, de ondernemersorganisatie voor de installatiebranche.<\/p>\n<p>Uneto-VNI vindt het belangrijk dat er ook voor de periode na 2023 snel duidelijkheid komt.
