Ook kijkt het instituut of dit aan een &#8216;Erkende maatregel&#8217; gekoppeld kan worden. De inregeling van klimaatinstallaties is volgens NEN vaak niet afgestemd op het gebruik en de behoefte, wat leidt tot klachten, onnodig energiegebruik en hoge kosten.<\/p>\n<p>Het is een kip-ei probleem volgens NEN: de gebouweigenaar gaat er vanuit dat de installateur de verwarming, koeling en ventilatie regelt, en de installateur doet alleen wat er in zijn opdracht staat: de ketel schoonmaken en contoleren. Gevolg is bijvoorbeeld dat de kachel in het weekend ook staat te loeien. En dat komt vaker voor dan wordt gedacht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oplossing<br \/>\n <\/strong>Een oplossing zou zijn als bij de inspectie van de ketel ook meteen een inspectie van de installatie wordt aangeboden. \u2018Voor een klein extra bedrag &#8211; de installateur is er toch al &#8211; krijgt de gebouweigenaar dan veel besparing en comfort. Naar verwachting wordt deze investering al na drie maanden terugverdiend. Daarom wordt ook gekeken of dit in de lijst erkende maatregelen opgenomen kan worden\u2019, aldus NEN. Een vaste procedure voor het inregelen van het geheel van verwarming, koeling en ventilatie zou dan handig zijn. Daarmee wordt vastgelegd wie wat doet en waar de verantwoordelijkheden liggen. Bovendien kan op basis hiervan een (aanvullend) certificaat worden afgegeven.<\/p>\n<p>De besparing kan volgens NEN twintig tot dertig PJ (Peta Joule) per jaar zijn &#8211; genoeg om alle huishoudens van een stad als Den Haag van energie (elektriciteit \u00e9n gas) te voorzien.
