Met dit programma wil het opleidingsbedrijf het tekort aan personeel in de branche te lijf gaan. Tegelijkertijd moet het statushouders helpen te integreren in de maatschappij. Het programma is opgezet samen met partners, zoals OTIB\/Metechnica, UWV, Stichting Vluchtelingenwerk, opleidingspartners en de verschillende gemeentes.<\/p>\n<p>Inmiddels zijn 75 statushouders gestart met de opleiding. De verwachting is dat Opleidingsbedrijf InstallatieWerk in het schooljaar 2017-2018 in totaal zeker 150 statushouders zal klaarstomen voor een baan in de installatie- of elektrotechniek.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAls opleidingsbedrijf met vestigingen in heel het land, zien wij een groeiende vraag naar goed opgeleid personeel\u201d, zegt Ron van Stralendorff, directeur Achterhoek Rivierenland bij Opleidingsbedrijf InstallatieWerk Nederland. \u201cTegelijkertijd kampt de markt met te weinig instroom van leerlingen vanuit het VMBO. Er is simpelweg te weinig aandacht voor onze branche. Dat is zonde, want de installatie- en elektrotechniek zijn prachtige vakken en bovendien heel baanzeker. Kies je voor techniek, dan kies je voor een goede toekomst.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nederlandse les en techniekonderwijs<br \/>\n <\/strong>De statushouders starten met een voorschakeltraject van 12 tot 16 weken. Tijdens deze periode krijgen de deelnemers onderwijsondersteuning in de Nederlandse taal en leren zij de basiskennis van installatie- of elektrotechniek. Daarnaast moeten zij het VCA-certificaat behalen. Vervolgens gaan de toekomstig vakmensen op stage bij een installatiebedrijf waar ze werkervaring gaan opdoen.<\/p>\n<p>Ron van Stralendorff: \u201cVeel statushouders willen graag werken. Zij weten echter niet wat de mogelijkheden zijn maar moeten nog wel de inburgeringscursussen met een goed resultaat doorlopen. Deze kost zoveel tijd, dat (om)scholing voor een vak er vaak bij inschiet. Met ons statushoudersprogramma willen wij een brug slaan tussen de gemotiveerde statushouders en de branche. Door vakkennis te combineren met vakgericht taalonderwijs en een leer-werkplek, zorgen we dat de leerlingen zo snel mogelijk goed inzetbaar zijn. Dat is goed voor de statushouders en voor de branche.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stagebedrijven<br \/>\n <\/strong>Praktijkervaring doen de statushouders op bij \u00e9\u00e9n van de participanten van Opleidingsbedrijf InstallatieWerk. Na het behalen van hun VCA-certificaat en het succesvol doorlopen van de eerste fase van de opleiding, starten zij met de stage. Gezien het grote aantal deelnemende statushouders is er zeker nog behoefte aan stageplaatsen\/arbeidsplaatsen. Bedrijven die het initiatief ondersteunen en mogelijkheden zien voor een stageplek, kunnen contact opnemen met Opleidingsbedrijf InstallatieWerk.<\/p>\n<p>Aan het einde van het voorschakeltraject wordt per deelnemer bekeken wie inmiddels voldoende kennis en vaardigheden heeft opgedaan om met een reguliere BBL-opleiding te kunnen starten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Opleidingsbedrijf InstallatieWerk Nederland start een programma om statushouders (asielzoekers met een verblijfsvergunning) om te scholen voor een baan in de installatie- of elektrotechniek.
