Dit werd gisteravond bekendgemaakt tijdens het Lustrum Event van de branchevereniging. <!--more-->De technisch dienstverlener Engie was verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van alle technische installaties bij deze nieuwbouw. Ook het vernieuwde Thialf Stadion en de getransformeerde F16-shelter waren voor de prijs genomineerd.<\/p>\n<p>Energy Academy Europe is een gebouw van 13.000 m\u00b2 waarin tal van duurzame installaties zijn toegepast. Ook heeft het gebouw een bijzondere bouwvorm dat uit twee delen bestaat, die bijdraagt aan het realiseren van de duurzame energie-uitgangspunten. Toegepast zijn onder meer een wko-installatie, pv-panelen en een speciaal ventilatiesysteem met zonneschoorsteen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Labyrint voor natuurlijke ventilatie<br \/>\n <\/strong>Er is voor dit gebouw een labyrint (kanalenstelsel) ontworpen dat ervoor zorgt dat de natuurlijke ventilatie comfortabel wordt en daarnaast veel langer te gebruiken is. Het labyrint is een betonnen kanalenstelsel dat in de grond onder het gebouw wordt aangebracht. Dit stelsel staat in verbinding met de buitenlucht en dient tevens als de fundering van het gebouw. Door de constante temperatuur van de aarde wordt de buitenlucht in het labyrint in de winter voorverwarmd en in de zomer voorgekoeld. Deze lucht komt via glazen schachten het gebouw binnen, waar op ruimteniveau te openen ramen zijn aangebracht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zonneschoorsteen<br \/>\n <\/strong>Met de zonneschoorsteen wordt het energiegebruik van de Energy Academy verder verlaagd. Als er geen energieterugwinning meer mogelijk is uit de ventilatielucht van het gebouw, wordt het retoursysteem van de luchtbehandeling uitgeschakeld. De zonneschoorsteen neemt de taak van het retoursysteem over en verzorgt op basis van natuurlijke trek de ventilatieafvoer uit het gebouw.<\/p>\n<p>De winnaar van de Uneto-VNI Innovatie Award ontving een kunstwerk, een cheque te besteden aan ontwikkeling en een uitnodiging voor bedrijfsbezoek aan een innovatief bedrijf, zoals Tesla.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De eerste Uneto-VNI Innovatie Award is toegekend aan Technisch dienstverlener Engie voor het project Energy Academy Europe.
