Het zou gaan om miljoenen euro\u2019s. Er was ook een installatiebedrijf bij betrokken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De \u2018Bonnenbaas\u2019<\/strong><br \/>\nDe misstanden kwamen vorige jaar aan het licht toen een Engie-medewerker aan de bel trok bij zijn werkgever. Volgens de betrokkene maakt een collega van hem zich schuldig aan fraude. De \u2018bonnenbaas\u2019, zoals zijn bijnaam luidde hield er innige banden op na met een medewerker van Schiphol en een onderaannemer die een installatiebedrijfje heeft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hard ingrijpen<\/strong><br \/>\nDe luchthaven heeft hard ingegrepen. De driehoek is verwijderd, de betrokken werknemers van Schiphol en Engie zijn ontslagen, de onderaannemer is weggestuurd en mag niet meer op Schiphol werken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chronische misstanden<\/strong><br \/>\nVolgens het NRC is de fraudezaak geen incident, maar het gevolg van een informele bedrijfscultuur&nbsp; met een \u2018voor-wat-hoort-wat\u2019 mentaliteit,&nbsp; een ondoorzichtige administratie en tal van bouw- en onderhoudsproblemen die veelal hun oorsprong vinden bij de afdeling Schiphol Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reacties Schiphol en Engie<\/strong><br \/>\nDe luchthaven zelf ontkent overigens dat er veelvuldig en stelselmatig sprake zou zijn van fraude en integriteitsschendingen. Engie geeft in haar officiele reactie aan het NRC aan dat er in dit geval \u00e9\u00e9n medewerker van Engie betrokken was. Die is ontslagen.
