De aantrekkende economie zorgt voor positieve resultaten. In 2016 zagen 2 op de 3 leveranciers hun omzet (67%) en winst (71%) groeien. Bij de installateurs is dit resp. 59% en 47%. De helft van de leden verwacht doorzet van deze groei. Vrijwel alle deelnemers (95%) zijn van plan te investeren om het rendement op termijn te verhogen. In 2016 lag dit percentage bij de installateurs nog onder de 90%.<\/p>\n<p>Koudetechniek blijft de belangrijkste pijler. Zowel bij de leveranciers als installateurs is deze tak verantwoordelijk voor de helft van de totaalomzet. Beide groepen maken zich overigens in toenemende mate zorgen over een tekort aan bekwaam personeel. Sinds 2015 steeg dit onderwerp van plek 5 naar plek 1 in de rangschikking van verwachte trends.<\/p>\n<p>Verder is milieu een belangrijk thema voor de leden. Zowel de leveranciers (86%) als de installateurs (57%) verwachten een toename van de toepassing van natuurlijke koudemiddelen.
