Na onderzoek van ongeveer 1,5 uur blijkt een onderdeel defect te zijn en niet meteen te repareren. De klant vraagt vervolgens om een offerte ervoor te maken. Men vindt deze reparatie te duur, waardoor die wordt afgeblazen. Kan gebeuren. Maar nu wil men niet de factuur betalen van de onderzoekskosten.
