Ze willen de accountant dwingen om volledig mee te werken aan het feitenonderzoek naar de ondergang van het beursgenoteerde installatiebedrijf. Het blijkt dat KPMG vorig jaar een boete heeft gehad van beurswaakhond AFM vanwege de belabberde controle van &#8211; onder meer &#8211; de boeken van Imtech over 2011. Curatoren Paul Peters en Jeroen Princen willen via de rechter afdwingen dat KPMG onderliggende stukken die te maken hebben met deze boete openbaar maakt voor nader onderzoek.<\/p>\n<p>De AFM publiceerde in 2016 voor het eerst over de boete voor KPMG. Grote delen van de tekst van het boetebesluit zijn zwart gemaakt. Daardoor is niet duidelijk voor de controle van welke bedrijven KPMG de boete kreeg, meldt De Telegraaf verder.
