Het Europees Parlement zal deze zomer deze herziening vaststellen. Vervolgens moeten de lidstaten voor 2020 hun wetgeving hierop hebben aangepast. Het doel van de EPBD is het verbeteren van de energieprestatie van gebouwen in de Europese Unie. De herziene EPBD gaat nieuwe regels opleveren voor installateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Uneto-VNI heeft samen met brancheorganisaties uit de andere Europese lidstaten inhoudelijk bijgedragen aan de positiebepaling. Samengevat gaat het om de volgende boodschappen aan het Europees Parlement:<\/p>\n<p>-Stel inspectie verplicht om de belangrijkste energiebesparingsdoelen van de EPBD te bereiken.<\/p>\n<p>-Herzie de voorgestelde drempels voor de verplichte inspecties van verwarmingssystemen. Op dit moment zijn die grenzen te vaag geformuleerd en dekken ze maar een klein deel van de gebouwenvoorraad.<\/p>\n<p>-Zie toe op betere naleving van de inspectieplicht zoals geformuleerd in artikel 14 en 15 om de effectiviteit van de EPBD zeker te stellen.<\/p>\n<p>-Werk uit de \u2018smart building index\u2019 waarmee aangegeven wordt hoe slim er in een gebouw met energie wordt omgegaan.<\/p>\n<p>De precieze invulling van de nieuwe regels wordt bekend wanneer de wetgeving naar aanleiding van deze herziening wordt aangepast.
