Opvallend is dat bijna \u00e9\u00e9n derde van de installateurs niet verwacht dat prestatiecontracten aan terrein zullen winnen. Het zijn met name de architecten en aannemers GWW (respectievelijk 36% en 33%) die hier al voorbeelden van zien. Dit blijkt uit onderzoek van USP Marketing Consultancy dat is uitgevoerd onder 700 bedrijven uit de bouw- en installatiesector.<\/p>\n<p>Ruim \u00e9\u00e9n derde van de partijen in de bouwsector ziet nu al voorbeelden van samenwerking met een beperkte groep bedrijven. Tegelijkertijd verwacht 20% van de bedrijven in de bouw deze ontwikkeling niet. Meer dan de helft van de bedrijven in de bouwsector ziet of verwacht zeer binnenkort een ontwikkeling te zien waarbij steeds meer prestatiecontracten worden afgesloten; ruim een kwart ziet deze ontwikkeling nu al.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/dev.installatienet.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/HB2601.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10647 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/dev.installatienet.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/HB2601-300x216.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"216\"><\/a>Het zijn met name aannemers B&amp;U, afbouwers en installateurs (respectievelijk 43%, 37% en 36%) die aangeven al voorbeelden te zien dat er steeds meer samengewerkt wordt met een beperkte groep bedrijven. Architecten en handelaren daarentegen zien dit momenteel minder vaak gebeuren en bijna een derde verwacht ook niet dat dit gaat gebeuren; 30% van de architecten en 25% van de handelaren geeft aan geen ontwikkeling te verwachten waarbij men voor samenwerkingsverbanden kiest uit een klein scala aan bedrijven.
