Dit naar aanleiding van een recent geconstateerd datalek met een bepaald type omvormer. Deze heeft een wifi-module die continu een zogenaamd \u2018accesspoint\u2019 (AP) uitzendt. Ook na de installatie staat deze standaard open. Dat is een verschil met andere omvormers op de markt, waarbij het AP verdwijnt zodra er netwerkcontact is geweest met de router of modem van het (interne) thuisnetwerk. Via een openstaand AP kan een handige ICT-er inloggen in het internetwerk van de eigenaar en daar de controle over andere apparaten, zoals slimme thermostaten en webcams, overnemen.<\/p>\n<p>Klaas Galama van ESTG, Nederlandse distributeur van het betreffende omvormermerk Hosola, legt in Solar Magazine uit: \u201cDe veiligheid van een zonnepanelensysteem en het internetnetwerk van consumenten is grotendeels afhankelijk \u2013 en mijns inziens ook mede de verantwoordelijkheid \u2013 van de installateur.
